Matias Klein
President & CEO
Matias is a visionary entrepreneur and innovator with a long and successful track record of launching groundbreaking new software solutions. Most recently Matias was Vice President of Product Management at McKesson (NYSE: MCK) where he was responsible for driving growth and innovation in a $1B financial services software portfolio. Prior to McKesson, Matias was SVP of Technology and led R&D and technology operations at Portico Systems, which McKesson acquired for $90M. Matias joined Portico's leadership team when they acquired his first startup, Ethidium Health Systems.
Michael Avon
Chief Operating Officer
Michael is an accomplished operations and growth executive with more than two decades of experience leading technology, fintech, and SaaS companies through transformation and successful exits. Before joining Kognition AI, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Stuzo (acquired by PAR Technology) and Clutch, and held executive roles at The Ohana Companies (acquired by 360 Insights), Relay Network, Portico Systems (acquired by McKesson), and Citi (formerly Ecount). As COO of Kognition, Michael leads day-to-day operations — including finance, partnerships, customer delivery, and professional services — as the company grows its enterprise AI platform across commercial real estate, education, and regulated industries.
Ash Lulla
SVP, Strategy & Business Development
Ash is a technology enthusiast, serial entrepreneur, investor and strategic thinker with over 25 years of proven experience in business development, sales and marketing, alliance building, and leading cross-functional teams to mobilize corporate strategies. Prior to Kognition, he launched Engageon, a successful consulting business. He also co-founded Varz Smart Building, using operational technology platforms to integrate and transform efficiencies and drive revenue, and collaborated with Cisco India to develop smart properties. At Merck, he spearheaded the American Heart Association partnership program to roll out “Get With The Guidelines,” which improved evidence-based medicine and medication adherence in the majority of hospitals in the USA.

Mike is a pioneering leader who has devoted over three decades of his career at the forefront of breakthrough innovation in security and climate technology, primarily serving the global real estate industry. Mike has helped revolutionize the methods for integrating, deploying and scaling solutions, laying the groundwork for safer, more sustainable human environments. With a track record of significant contributions to industry leaders including Honeywell and Kastle Systems International and innovative startups including Latch, View and others, Mike continues to drive progress, combining technological excellence with a deep commitment to the values of safety, security, service, continual learning and environmental stewardship.
Ken Adelberg
VP, Business Development
For over 40 years, Ken Adelberg has operated at the intersection of technology, innovation, and operational scale. As former President and CEO of HiFi House Group, he built a regional leader in commercial and residential technology solutions. He's been a founding shareholder and Director for multiple NASDAQ-listed companies in telecommunications, banking, and e-commerce. Currently, Ken focuses on AI's potential to enhance community safety and security. He serves on Drexel University's LeBow College of Business Dean's Advisory Board and leads Business Development for Anderson Creek Club in North Carolina.

Chris is a passionate services and operations manager with a history of delivering exceptional outcomes for the organizations and customers he serves. His customer-centric approach has supported the growth of businesses across the technology and financial industries. Prior to Kognition AI, Chris held enterprise relationship management and operational roles at Bloomberg LP, Moody’s Investors Service and World Wide Technology, Inc. His versatile experience and dedication has provided him the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with global account and product development teams, building strategies to drive customer satisfaction and deliver business value.
