Kognition Joins Qualcomm Smart City Accelerator Program, Enhancing Security and Safety Solutions

Kognition brings AI-powered, security software to support smart commercial properties

PHILADELPHIA, PA – September 15, 2020 – Kognition, developer of an enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) that automates security, safety and compliance in a single software platform, today announced that it has joined the Qualcomm® Smart Cities Accelerator Program to promote smart, secure building technologies. Kognition brings security and safety solutions to the Qualcomm Smart Cities Accelerator Program ecosystem and members, that automate health safety measures and allow commercial buildings to safely re-open to the public.

Kognition’s patented, smart building AI processes data from cameras, sensors, and connected devices in real-time to detect threats, anomalies, and other security policy violations. The company’s COVID-19 safety solutions offer a comprehensive set of health security tools based on CDC guidance 1 that help protect employees, vendors, and visitors so commercial buildings can safely open, and remain open.
