How the Integration Works
When Kognition AI detects a configured incident, such as long lines or crowds forming, loitering in prohibited areas, or watchlist alerts, a corresponding Team Assist can be triggered through Raptor Alert.
For example, if a line or crowd starts to form in the front office, a Team Assist alert might be initiated and notify the front office staff that assistance is needed.
